Clinically :
Nousea & vomiting + diarrhea+fever + abdominal colic “+or-“ dehydration
Rx : Primpran amp.
1 ampule IM once to stop vomiting
Rx: Motilium tab.
I tablet twice daily for 5 days
Rx: Antinal cap.
1 capsule every 8 hours after food
Rx: Buscopan tab.
1 tablet 3 times daily before meal
Rx : fluid replacement
Rx: Easily digested food & fluids

It contain metoclopramide which is anti emetic given IM once to stope the nause & vomiting
The continue with the Tavlet form ( 1 tablet 3 times daily )

ملحوظة 1 : فى حالة النزلة المعوية المزمنة يعطى
Rx: ciprofloxacin 500 tab.
1 tablet every 12 hours
ملحوظة 2 : بعد أسبوع من اتمام العلاج يجب عمل تحليل براز لمعرفة السبب وعلاجه
ملحوظة 3 : فى حالة وجود دم ومخاط بالبراز "Dysentry" يعطى
Rx: flagyl 500 tab.
1 tablet 3 times daily
