كلنا قرئنا فى الفترة الاخيرة عن انفلوزنزا الخنازير وسمعنا كثير من الخطب وغيرها من الامور

بعد القرار الذي اتخذته الحكومة بذبح 350 ألف رأس في خطوة احترازية لمواجهة تفشى فيروس أنفلونزا الخنازير، انتاب الشارع المصري حالة قلق وخوف وقد بدأت تحوم الشكوك حول هوية اللحوم التي تشتريها الجماهير، وأثيرت تساؤلات حول الفرق بين لحم الخنزير واللحوم الاخري ؟
وتأتى مخاوف المواطنين من أن تتسرب لحوم الخنازير إلى الوجبات الجاهزة أو بيعها فى شكل لحوم مصنعة، ومن بينها أكلات مصرية شهيرة كالكباب والكفتة، والحواشي، واتسعت دائرة القلق من أن تمتد لحوم الخنازير التي صار سعر الكيلوجرام منها يقل عن سعر بعض أنواع الخضراوات فضلاً عن الدواجن واللحوم الأخرى إلى مشتقات اللحوم مثل المفروم واللانشون والبسطرمة، خاصةً بعد أن أصبحت هذه المشتقات هي الملاذ الوحيد لمحدودي الدخل لتعويض غياب وجبة اللحم التقليدي من على موائدهم بسبب الارتفاع الجنوني في الأسعار.
وأشار عبد النبي محمد عبد العال سكرتير شعبة الثروة الداجنة بالغرفة التجارية بالقاهرة، إلى أنه قد تم تسريب لحوم الخنازير إلى الأسواق، خاصة محال الكفتة واللحوم ومصانع اللحوم المحفوظة، مؤكداً أن هذا وارد جداً في ظل انهيار أسعار لحوم الخنازير وتكدسها نظراً للذبح الجماعي لها بقرار من الحكومة.
وتوقع المربون انخفاض أسعار اللحوم ووصولها إلى خمسة جنيهات للكيلو بعد أن كان ثمنه 25 جنيها قبل قرار الحكومة الإجباري بالذبح الجماعي للخنازير المنتشرة في القاهرة الكبري وبعض المحافظات.

وهى كالتالي :
* من خلال الختم الذي يمكن ملاحظته على اللحوم ، فالخنزير يختم باللون الأزرق وبشكل دائري يمكن تمييزه عن أختام اللحوم الأخرى. وإن كنت رأيت أن هناك أختمام خضراء مستطيل ـ
* لحم الخنزير يتميز بتغلغل الدهون وسط العضلات والألياف على عكس اللحوم الأخرى التي يمكن ملاحظة أن الدهون بها عبارة عن كتل.
* من خلال الرائحة فلحم الخنزير يتميز برائحة مميزة يمكن ملاحظتها.
* لحوم الخنازير تتجه إلى اللون الفاتح عن البدء في طهيها على عكس اللحوم الأخرى، أما عن كبده الخنزير فتتميز أن أنسجتها تأخذ شكلاُ سداسياً منتظماً كخلية النحل، وعن الطحال فى الخنزير فيتميز أنه يأخذ شكل طولي أما اللحوم الأخرى فهو على شكل مثلث.
وقد نصح الدكتور عادل إبراهيم بشراء اللحوم من مصدر موثوق، كما نصح بشراء جزء كامل وواضح من الحيوان والابتعاد عن القطع غير واضحة الملامح.
كما حذر الدكتور فتحى سعد محافظ السادس من أكتوبر من تسرب كميات من لحوم الخنازير إلى منافذ بيع اللحوم العادية، مطالباً المواطنين من التأكد من لون الختم الذي تختم به اللحوم، وقد نصح بشراء اللحوم خاصة المفرومة من أماكن معروفة للتأكد من نوعها، وعدم خلطها بأي أنواع أخرى.

وقد تبين أن الجراثيم الموجودة بلحم الخنزير شديدة الفتك بالإنسان مسببة التهاب السحايا المغلفة للمخ وبإفراز سموم معينة في دم المصاب، والذين أصيبوا بهذا المرض ونجو من الموت بعد علاج شاق أصيبوا بالصمم الدائم وفقدان التوازن.
ويرى الباحثون أن لحم الخنزير يعتبر العنصر الهام الأكثر سمية للإنسان فهو يضعف مقاومة الجسم ويعرضه للأمراض.

وحديثاً اختلف العلماء في أثر الغذاء على الطباع والخلق، لكن ملاحظات كثير من العلماء قادتهم إلى اختلاف الآثار الخلقية باختلاف نوع اللحوم المكثر من تناولها، وبأن لحم الخنزير وشحمه له تأثير سيء على العفة والغيرة على العرض إذا داوم الإنسان على تناوله، فالأشخاص الذين يأكلون لحوم الحيوانات الكاسرة عادة ما تكون طباعهم شريرة، غير متسامحين، ويميلون إلى ارتكاب الآثام والجرائم.
وإن أكل لحم الخنزير لابد وأن يؤثر على شخصية الإنسان وسلوكه العام والذي يتجلى واضحاً في كثير من المجتمعات الغربية حيث يكثر اللواط والسحاق والزنا وما نراه متفشياً من نتاج تلك التصرفات من ارتفاع نسبة الحمل غير الشرعية والإجهاض وغيرها.

لا تزال الأمور تزداد سوءاً مع ارتفاع أعداد المصابين، حيث وصل عدد الإصابات المؤكدة بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير 1893، وتوفي جراء المرض 31 شخصاً منهم 29 في المكسيك واثنان في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، ووفقاً لمنظمة الصحة فإن المكسيك تحتوي على أكبر عدد مؤكد من الإصابات، حيث سجلت 942 حالة، فيما بلغ عدد المصابين في الولايات المتحدة 642 مصاباً.
وقد أعلنت السلطات الصحية الأمريكية عن ثاني حالة وفاة جراء الفيروس، فقد أكد مسؤولون في الميدان الصحي بالولايات المتحدة إن سيدة تعاني من مشكلات صحية في ولاية تكساس، توفيت جراء إصابتها بالفيروس، في وقت سابق من الأسبوع الحالي.
كما أعلنت وزارة الصحة بولاية تكساس أن السيدة المتوفاة تقيم في مقاطعة "كاميرون" على شواطئ خليج المكسيك، لكنها لم تقدم تفاصيل أكثر من كونها تعاني من مشكلات صحية مزمنة.
وهذه هي حالة الوفاة الثانية بفيروس أنفلونزا الخنازير في الولايات المتحدة، إلا أنها الأولى لمواطنة أمريكية، إذ إن حالة الوفاة الأولى كانت لطفل من أصل مكسيكي، وصل إلى هيوستن بتكساس لتلقي العلاج، لكنه توفي فيها.
وأكد المدير الإقليمي لوزارة الصحة في تكساس، بريان سميث، حالة الوفاة المرتبطة بالفيروس، غير أن السلطات لم توضح كيفية إصاباتها بالفيروس، وبذلك يرتفع عدد حالات الوفاة جراء الفيروس إلى 31 حالة، منها 29 حالة في المكسيك، وحالتان في الولايات المتحدة.
وتشير أرقام المنظمة إلى أن من بين هذه الإصابات، هناك 942 حالة مؤكدة في المكسيك، و642 حالة في الولايات المتحدة، وهما الدولتان الأكثر تضرراً بالفيروس حتى الآن، ورغم أن حالتي الوفاة وقعتا في ولاية تكساس، إلا أن ولاية إلينوي سجلت أكبر معدل إصابة بفيروس أنفلونزا الخنازير بين الولايات الأمريكية، حيث يوجد بها 122 حالة إصابة مؤكدة.
وقبل الإعلان عن حالة الوفاة الثانية، كان العلماء يعتقدون أن الفيروس لم يعد يمثل خطورة كبيرة، وطالب البعض بإعادة فتح المدارس المغلقة منذ الكشف عن المرض والإصابات.

احتمال وفاة 18 مليون مصري بأنفلونزا الخنازير
وقد حذر تقرير لمجلس الشوري من احتمال وفاة 18 مليون مصري بما يوازي 22% من عدد السكان في حالة انتقال فيروس أنفلونزا الخنازير إلي مصر بسبب التكدس السكاني المتزايد في القاهرة الكبري ووسط الدلتا.
وأكد رئيس المجلس صفوت الشريف رفض الاتهامات التي ووجهتها بعض المنظمات الدولية لمصر وعلي رأسها "الفاو" حول إعدام الخنازير، مشيراً إلى أن مصر لا تقوم بإعدام الخنازير، بل تقوم بذبحها واستخدامها، فالقضية ليست سياسية ولكنها قضية كل المصريين ولابد أن نعطي القيمة الأكبر للحفاظ علي الوطن.
وأدانت منظمة أقباط الولايات المتحدة في بيان لها قرار الحكومة المصرية بذبح جميع الخنازير دون دراسة، مستنكرة تعامل الأمن مع أهالي منشية ناصر وإطلاق القنابل المسيلة للدموع والقبض العشوائي علي عشرات الأقباط لرفضهم تسليم الخنازير دون الحصول علي التعويضات المقررة.
وفي نفس السياق، انتقدت منظمات حقوق الحيوان العالمية قرار الذبح بحسب أحمد الشربيني- رئيس جمعية أصدقاء الحيوان المصرية، مضيفاً أن هذه الجمعيات أبدت استغرابها من موقف مصر الذي لم تتخذه حتي الدول التي ظهرت بها حالات إصابة وعلي رأسها المكسيك.

*البعد عن اكل لحوم الخنازير فقد حرمها الله عز وجل لحكمة يعلمها سبحانه وقد بدأ يتكشف للناس كل يوم خطر اكلهاوتربيتها ومخالطتها والسلامةكل السلامة في اتباع ما امر الله به
* غسل الأيدي بالماء والصابون عدة مرات في اليوم خاصة بعد التعامل مع الحيوانات.
* تجنب الاقتراب من الشخص المصاب بالمرض.
* ضرورة تغطية الأنف والفم بمناديل ورق عند السعال.
* أهمية استخدام كمامات على الأنف والفم لمنع انتشار الفيروس.
* تجنب لمس العين أو الأنف في حالة تلوث اليدين منعا لانتشار الجراثيم.
* إذا كنت تعانى أنت أو أحد أفراد أسرتك من أعراض تشبه أعراض الأنفلونزا أبلغ الطبيب المعالج بأنك مخالط لخنازير، فقد تكون مريضة بالأنفلونزا.
* يجب تشخيص الإصابة سريعاً بأخذ عينة من الأنف أو الحلق لتحديد ما إذا كنت مصاباً بفيروس أنفلونزا الخنازير.

تحريم لحم الخنزير
أورد النص القرآني تحريم لحم الخنزير في أربع مواضع :
1ـ قوله تعالى : (إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةَ وَالدَّمَ وَلَحْمَ الْخِنْزِيرِ وَمَا أُهِلَّ بِهِ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ غَيْرَ بَاغٍ وَلا عَادٍ فَلا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ) (البقرة:173)
2ـ و قوله تعالى : (حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةُ وَالدَّمُ وَلَحْمُ الْخِنْزِيرِ وَمَا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ بِهِ وَالْمُنْخَنِقَةُ وَالْمَوْقُوذَةُ وَالْمُتَرَدِّيَةُ وَالنَّطِيحَةُ وَمَا أَكَلَ السَّبُعُ إِلَّا مَا ذَكَّيْتُمْ وَمَا ذُبِحَ عَلَى النُّصُبِ وَأَنْ تَسْتَقْسِمُوا بِالْأَزْلامِ ذَلِكُمْ فِسْقٌ الْيَوْمَ يَئِسَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ دِينِكُمْ فَلا تَخْشَوْهُمْ وَاخْشَوْنِ الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الْأِسْلامَ دِيناً فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ فِي مَخْمَصَةٍ غَيْرَ مُتَجَانِفٍ لإِثْمٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ) (المائدة:3)
3ـ و قوله :( قُلْ لا أَجِدُ فِي مَا أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ مُحَرَّماً عَلَى طَاعِمٍ يَطْعَمُهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ مَيْتَةً أَوْ دَماً مَسْفُوحاً أَوْ لَحْمَ خِنْزِيرٍ فَإِنَّهُ رِجْسٌ أَوْ فِسْقاً أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ بِهِ فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ غَيْرَ بَاغٍ وَلا عَادٍ فَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ) (الأنعام:145)
4ـ و قوله : (إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةَ وَالدَّمَ وَلَحْمَ الْخِنْزِيرِ وَمَا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ بِهِ فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ غَيْرَ بَاغٍ وَلا عَادٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ) (النحل:115) .
